Terms of Service

The service

OutboundOS finds prospects, drafts outreach emails, and sends the ones you approve from your own email inbox. By default you review before anything sends — approving an email or sequence is your instruction to send it. If you turn on autonomous replies for an agent, replies that pass automated safety checks send on your behalf under that standing instruction; emails sent that way are yours in the same way approved emails are.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the emails you approve: their content, their recipients, and their compliance with the laws that apply to you (for example CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR/ePrivacy in the EU, CASL in Canada).
• Send only to prospects you may lawfully contact. No purchased lists of consumers, no deceptive subject lines or sender identities, and honor opt-outs promptly.
• Connect only inboxes and domains you own or are authorized to use, and comply with your email provider’s terms.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use OutboundOS to send spam, scams, malware, or harassment; to misrepresent who you are; or to contact people who have opted out. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability, other customers, or recipients at risk.

Your data

Your business information, prospect lists, and email content remain yours. We use them only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content

Drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong. Review before approving — that review step exists because you, not the AI, are the sender.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee delivery rates, inbox placement, replies, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Term and termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (data, liability) survive termination.

Changes and contact
